Challenge

Mirabella Beauty is the leading provider of beauty products to salon professionals. But their effort to directly reach consumers through a Magento eCommerce development came up extremely short of the industry leader mantle.

Solution

First, we implemented a much needed migration from an outdated server to a newer, more capable machine. Once that was completed, we began improving the site operations and fixing dozens of conflicts caused by inexperienced developers working on the Magento platform. Technical support and maintenance were only the first part of our service to Mirabella. After clearing operations, we began consulting work for Mirabella’s Social Media Manager, helping him optimize the site and campaigns for social engagement, SEO, and better usability.
